The IEEE Symposia on Human Centric Computing Languages and Environments stems from the Visual Language Symposium experience. It will be a forum for dissemination of basic as well as applied up-to-date culture on design, formalization, implementation, and evaluation of computing languages and environments that are easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to understand by a broader community of people. Maintaining the tradition of the VL Symposia, a tutorial program, bringing attendees in direct contact with scholars and designers in the field will be an essential part of the Symposia.
We are now looking for highly qualified persons to present tutorials.
Examples of topics include but are not limited to:
Tutorials are expected to cover either 3 or 6 hours.
Anybody interested in giving a tutorial should contact Piero Mussio at email@example.com before March 1st, 2001 with a proposal.
