Author Guidelines for Proceedings Manuscripts and Posters

Papers

The guidelines for the layout of your paper are available in PDF and Postscript format.

Additionally, a format sheet with the margins and placement guides is available as a PDF file, and a Postscript file. It contains lines and boxes showing the margins and print areas. If you hold it and your printed page up to the light, you can easily check your margins to see if your print area fits within the space allowed.

For LaTeX users, a set of macros (local copy) is available, that should help format a paper according the guidelines.

Papers must be sent by email as a PDF or Postscript attachment to Stefano Levialdi <levialdi@dsi.uniroma1.it> before June 25, 2001.

The copyright form is available as a Word file, a PDF file, and an HTML file. The fully-completed, signed IEEE copyright form should be sent to:

Prof. Stefano Levialdi,
Universita' di Roma " La Sapienza"
Via Salaria 113 - 00198 Roma (Italy)
fax: +39-06-8419188

Reminder: for a paper to be published, at least one of the authors should register to the conference before June 25.
